Abstract

Melalui pendidikan kepramukaan dapat dilakukan pembinaan ketakwaan terhadap Tuhan Yang Maha Esa, kehidupan berbangsa dan bernegara berdasarkan Pancasila, pendidikan pendahuluan bela negara, budi pekerti luhur, berorganisasi, pendidikan kewiraswastaan, kesegaran jasmani, daya kreasi, persepsi, apresiasi dan kreasi seni, tenggang rasa serta kerjasama, hal tersebut tentunya mampu mengembangkan kepribadian siswa, sebagai salah satu unsur penting yang mampu membantu siswa dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran. Kepribadian merupakan organisasi yang dinamis dalam diri individu tentang sistem psikofisik yang menentukan penyesuaiannya yang unik terhadap lingkungannya. Namun kenyataan di SMA Terpadu Darussalam terjadi kesenjangan dalam hal tersebut, kepribadian siswa cenderung menurun, maka dari itu permasalahan yang timbul adalah apakah terdapat pengaruh positif antara ekstrakurikuler kepramukaan dengan kepribadian peserta didik SMA Terpadu Darussalam ?.
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh ekstrakurikuler kepramukaan terhadap kepribadian peserta didik SMA Terpadu Darussalam.
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian sebanyak 322 peserta didik dengan sampel sebanyak 48 responden, pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Random Sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan pedoman observasi. Pengolahan data kuantitatif diselesaikan melalui pengolahan data deskriptif dengan korelasi rank Spearman rs.
Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data ekstrakurikuler kepramukaan mendapat nilai rata – rata hitung (x̅) sebesar 72, berada pada interval 71 dan 76, maka kegiatan ekstrakurikuler kepramukaan di SMA Terpadu Darussalam sudah dilaksanakan dengan baik. Kepribadian peserta didik SMA Terpadu Darussalam mendapat nilai rata – rata hitung (x̅) 71 berada pada interval 67 dan 72 Maka kepribadian peserta didik SMA Terpadu Darussalam adalah cukup. pengaruh ekstrakurikuler kepramukaan terhadap kepribadian peserta didik SMA Terpadu Darussalam mempunyai pengaruh yang positif serta signifikan dengan klasifikasi cukup, dibuktikan dengan nilai rs sebesar 0,42 berada pada interval 0,41 – 0,60, serta hasil dari perhitungan thitung dan ttabel mendapat hasil 3,1374 ≥ 2,0105 maka Ha diterima Ho ditolak. Ekstrakurikuler kepramukaan mempengaruhi kepribadian peserta didik SMA Terpadu Darussalam sebesar 17,64%, sisanya 82,36%, ditentukan oleh faktor lain seperti faktor keturunan (hereditas), dan lingkungan sosialnya.
Disarankan bagi guru untuk membantu peserta didik dalam menerapkan keterampilan kepramukaan dikehidupannya sehari-hari, guru harus mampu menghilangkan kebiasaan peserta didik dalam berkata kasar, dan kembangkan rasa optimis dan percaya diri peserta didik.

Personality is a dynamic organization in individuals about the psychophysical system that determines their unique adaptation to their environment. But the reality in Darussalam Integrated High School is that there is a gap in that, the personality of students tends to decrease, therefore the problem that arises is whether there is a positive influence between extracurricular scouting and the personality of Darussalam Integrated High School students,
This research goals is to find out how the scouting extracurricular influence on personality Darussalam Integrated High School students.
This research uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The study population was 322 students with a sample of 48 respondents, sampling using the Random Sampling technique. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and observation guidelines. Quantitative data processing was completed through descriptive data processing with Spearman rank correlation rs.
Based on the results of scouting extracurricular data processing, the average score (x̅) was 72, at intervals of 71 and 76, then the scouting extracurricular activities at Darussalam Integrated Senior High School were carried out well. The personality of the Darussalam Integrated High School students got an average count (x̅) 71 at intervals of 67 and 72 Then the personality of the Darussalam Integrated High School students was sufficient. the scout extracurricular influence on the personality of students of Darussalam Integrated High School has a positive and significant influence with sufficient classification, as evidenced by the rs value of 0.42 at intervals of 0.41 - 0.60, and the results of the calculation of tcount and ttable get results 3, 1374 ≥ 2,0105 then Ha was accepted Ho was rejected. Scouting extracurricular influence the personality of students of Darussalam Integrated High School by 17.64%, the remaining 82.36%, is determined by other factors such as heredity, and social environment such as family environment, school environment, play environment and so forth.
Based on the results of this study, it is recommended for teachers to assist students in applying scouting skills in their daily lives, teachers must be able to eliminate students' habits in saying harsh words, and develop a sense of optimism and confidence of students.
