Abstract
Pelayanan suatu lembaga atau institusi pendidikan merupakan modal utama dalam menjalankan aktivitasnya, salah satunya pelayanan pada Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah, pelayanan disini haruslah bermutu tentunya. Pelayanan yang bermutu dapat terjadi karena ada faktor penciptaan kondisi dalam suatu lembaga termasuk pendidikan, yaitu : norma dan aturan sebagai landasan, penataan sarana prasarana dan penciptaan ketahanan lembaga pendidikan. maka dengan pelayanan yang bermutu khususnya di MDT diharapkan motivasi belajar peserta didik. Peserta didik yang memiliki motivasi dalam belajar akan melakukan usaha untuk memahami topik pelajaran baik pelajaran itu menarik atau pun tidak bagi siswa tersebut. Mereka berusaha dalam belajar karena mereka yakin bahwa pemahaman yang mereka peroleh itu berharga dan bermanfaat bagi mereka. Namun kenyataannya di MDT As-Shodiqin terjadi kesenjangan dalam hal tersebut, motivasi belajar peserta didik masih kurang. Maka dari itu permasalahan yang timbul adalah apakah terdapat pengaruh positif antara mutu pelayanan madrasah dengan motivasi belajar peserta didik MDT As- Shodiqin ?.
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh mutu pelayanan madrasah terhadap motivasi belajar peserta didik MDT As- Shodiqin.
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian sebanyak 50 peserta didik dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 50 responden, pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Total Sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket, dan wawancara. Pengolahan data kuantitatif diselesaikan melalui pengolahan data deskriptif dengan korelasi rank Spearman rs.
Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data efektifitas pengelolaan kelas mendapat nilai rata – rata hitung (x̅) sebesar 55,7, berada pada interval 54,72 - 57,96 (baik), maka mutu pelayanan MDT As-Shodiqin sudah dilaksanakan dengan baik. Motivasi belajar peserta didik mendapat nilai rata – rata hitung (x̅) 43,1 berada pada interval 39,4 – 45,1 (cukup). Maka motivasi belajar peserta didik MDT AsShodiqin adalah cukup. Mutu pelayanan madrasah terhadap motivasi belajar peserta didik MDT As-Shodiqin mempunyai pengaruh yang positif serta signifikan dengan klasifikasi cukup, dibuktikan dengan nilai rs sebesar 0,51 berada pada interval 0,41 – 0,60, serta hasil dari perhitungan thitung dan ttabel mendapat hasil 4,1055 2,0105 maka Ha diterima Ho ditolak. Mutu pelayanan MDT As-Shodiqin mempengaruhi motivasi belajar peserta didik MDT AsShodiqin 26,01%, sisanya 73,99% ditentukan oleh faktor lain seperti : faktor internal (Fisik dan psikologis) dan eksternal (sosial dan non sosial)
Disarankan bagi seluruh warga MDT As-Shodiqin untuk lebih meningkatkan kualitas keamanan dengan baik, membiasakan diri merawat dan menjaga sarana prasarana yang sudah ada, saran bagi peserta didik untuk membiasakan diri memahami serta mengerti manfaat dari proses pembelajaran, dan senantiasa memperhatikan penjelasan guru.

Services of an educational institution or institution are the main capital in carrying out its activities, one of which is service at Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah, the service here must be of course quality. Quality service can occur because there are factors that create conditions in an institution including education, namely: norms and rules as a basis, structuring infrastructure and creating resilience of educational institutions. then with quality services, especially in MDT students are expected to learn motivation. Students who have motivation in learning will make an effort to understand the topic of the lesson whether the lesson is interesting or not for the student. They strive in learning because they believe that the understanding they have gained is valuable and beneficial to them. But the reality is that in the MDT As-Shodiqin there is a gap in this regard, students' learning motivation is still lacking. Therefore the problem that arises is whether there is a positive influence between the quality of madrasah services with the motivation to learn MDT As-Shodiqin students?
The purpose of this study was to determine how the influence of the quality of madrasah services on learning motivation of MDT As-Shodiqin students.
This research uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The study population was 50 students with a total sample of 50 respondents, sampling using the Total Sampling technique. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, and interviews. Quantitative data processing was completed through descriptive data processing with Spearman rank correlation rs.
Based on the results of data processing the effectiveness of class management gets an average value (x̅) of 55.7, at an interval of 54.72 - 57.96 (good), then the quality of MDT services as-Shodiqin has been implemented well. Learning motivation of students gets an average score (x̅) 43.1 at an interval of 39.4 - 45.1 (enough). Then the motivation to learn MDT As-Shodiqin students is enough. Madrasa service quality on learning motivation of MDT As-Shodiqin students has a positive and significant influence with sufficient classification, as evidenced by the rs value of 0.51 at intervals of 0.41 to 0.60, and the results of the calculation of tcount and ttable get results 4,1055 ≥ 2,0105 then Ha is accepted Ho is rejected. The quality of MDT As-Shodiqin services affects the motivation of learning of MDT As-Shodiqin students 26.01%, the remaining 73.99% is determined by other factors such as: internal (physical and psychological) and external (social and non social) factors
It is recommended for all residents of As-Shodiqin MDT to further improve the quality of security well, to get used to caring for and maintaining the existing infrastructure, advice for students to get used to understanding and understanding the benefits of the learning process, and to always pay attention to teacher explanations.
